Hello! 

Sônia Barreto Freire is a professor and educational consultant. She is a visual artist who writes and illustrates. She holds a PhD from UNICAMP-BR, with post-doctoral research at UNICAMP-BR and UEVORA - PT. She holds a degree in Art Education, a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from UFPB. She was an Associate Professor at the Federal University of Sergipe until 20213, where she taught classes, developed and supervised research in undergraduate courses and postgraduate programs. She has published books, chapters and articles in Brazil and Portugal. She participates in national and international artistic events and projects. Her approach to art focuses on the themes of childhood and sustainability, within the framework of philosophical literacy.
